Wardrobe by Akanksha, we value your satisfaction and strive to provide you with high-quality women’s suit fabrics. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please read our Return and Exchange Policy below for a smooth experience.

1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange

We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

• The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect (wrong item sent).

• The request is made within 3 days of receiving the order.

• The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags and packaging intact.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Products that have been used, washed, or altered.

• Fabrics cut or customized as per your request.

• Color variations due to screen resolution (we try to depict colors as accurately as possible).

• Sale, discounted, or clearance items (unless damaged or defective).

3. How to Request a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange:

2. Include the following details:

   • Order number

   • Reason for return or exchange

   • Clear photos of the product (in case of damage/defect)

Once we review your request and approve it, we will provide return instructions.

4. Return Shipping

• For approved returns/exchanges due to damage or wrong item, we will arrange reverse pickup or reimburse reasonable return shipping charges.

• For other eligible returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

• Please ensure the item is securely packaged to avoid damage in transit.

5. Refunds

• Refunds will be processed only after we receive and inspect the returned item.

• If approved, refunds will be initiated within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

• Shipping and COD charges (if any) are non-refundable.

6. Exchange Process

• Once your returned product is received and approved, we will dispatch the replacement product within 3–5 business days, subject to availability.

• If the desired replacement is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be offered.

7. Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled before shipment only. Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled.
